UnchargeMe Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of UnchargeMe. By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing Pro, or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

What UnchargeMe provides

UnchargeMe helps you track recurring charges, manage reminders, review subscription risk, and access supported paid features. Features can change over time and may differ by platform, account status, region, or release channel.

Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating or maintaining an account.

Trials and subscriptions

Paid features may be offered through a free trial, auto-renewing subscription, or other purchase flow. Pricing, billing cadence, and trial terms are shown in the app or in the relevant store listing at the time of purchase.

Apple App Store and Google Play manage billing for in-app subscriptions. Store subscriptions must be managed or canceled through Apple or Google. Deleting your UnchargeMe account does not by itself cancel a store subscription.

No financial or legal advice

UnchargeMe is an informational product. It does not provide financial, tax, legal, accounting, or credit advice. You remain responsible for reviewing your bills, merchant terms, and account activity.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or remove features at any time. We may also modify these Terms as the product evolves. If we make material changes, we will update the date above.

Acceptable use

You may not use UnchargeMe to violate law, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer paid or protected flows beyond rights allowed by law, or abuse trials, purchase restore, or account systems.

Termination

You can stop using UnchargeMe at any time. If you have an account, you can delete it from the app or by using the instructions on the delete-account page. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if required for security or legal reasons.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UnchargeMe is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
