- Does UnchargeMe connect to my bank or cards?
No. In the current version, UnchargeMe does not connect to banks, cards, or email accounts.
- Does UnchargeMe sync across devices?
Not yet. Your data is stored locally on your device.
- How do reminders work?
If you enable reminders, UnchargeMe sends notifications based on the schedule you set for each recurring charge.
- How do I turn off notifications?
You can disable notifications in your device settings for UnchargeMe.
- How do I protect my data?
You can enable app lock using your device authentication (Face ID / Touch ID / fingerprint) if your device supports it.
Troubleshooting
- Make sure your device notifications are enabled for UnchargeMe.
- Check that a reminder is set for the subscription and that the next charge date is in the future.
- Restart the app after changing notification settings.
