Delete your UnchargeMe account
You can permanently delete your UnchargeMe account from the mobile app or request help by email if you can't access the app.
Delete inside the app
Open Settings, then choose Delete Account. The in-app flow permanently removes your account and clears local app data on that device.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile and sign-in record
- Entitlement, purchase-state, and notification preference records
- Stored notification device registrations
- Server-side subscription, transaction, and cancellation-history records
- Any linked bank or email connection records stored for your account
What to handle separately
Deleting your UnchargeMe account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Those subscriptions are managed through Apple or Google and may need to be cancelled separately in your store subscription settings.
Can't access the app?
Email support@unchargeme.app from the email address on your account and include "Delete account request" in the subject line.
